>> POSITION: Administrative Officer

# Responsibilities:
- Attend visitors and maintain a presentable reception area
- Attend phone calls, logs & route incoming documents.
- Assist administration related tasks
- Attend and delegate the maintenance jobs within the organization
- Assist and track the documentation of visa, insurance and work permits for expatriates.
- Assist to other HR related tasks including payroll, attendance management etc.


# Requirements:
- A Level 03 passes (Grade C & above) or Diploma in HR or any other qualification related to HR or Office Management.
- Computer skills with knowledge of MS applications
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Dhivehi
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with a pleasant personality
- Previous work experience in Administrative and HR field will be an added advantage

# Minimum Requirements
- Degree or above in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or any other related discipline.
- Proven working experience as purchasing manager, agent or officer
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
- Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
- Proven ability for negotiation and networking
Working experience of vendor management software
- Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures
- Solid judgment along with decision making skills
- Strong leadership capabilities
