Position Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for the complete day-to-day operation of the store. They are responsible for maximizing store sales and profitability, along with managing expenses while ensuring that the store is optimally stocked and merchandised and that all customers are provided with excellent customer service. The Store Manager contributes to the growth and development of the management team and store associates.

Minimum Requirements

- Experience in Retail Store Management
- Experience in paint technical or similar field will be an added advantage.
- Strong background in, customer service and leadership
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and follow through skills.
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills & ability to multi task.

- Communicate effectively
- Knowledge of space Planning Software, MS Excel, Word, Power point

# Minimum Requirements
- Degree or above in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or any other related discipline.
- Proven working experience as purchasing manager, agent or officer
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
- Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
- Proven ability for negotiation and networking
Working experience of vendor management software
- Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures
- Solid judgment along with decision making skills
- Strong leadership capabilities
